Impact & evidence
What we measure, and what we refuse to claim.
Girls deserve a program that works. Donors deserve proof. This page shows both, and it never gets ahead of the organization.
Theory of change
Skills, a trusted adult, and a sisterhood, delivered weekly for a year, produce a girl who regulates, speaks, and leads, and who carries other girls with her.
Evidence standard
Published. Including the cohorts that disappoint.
- Every girl is measured at intake, week 12, and 12 months.
- Results are published per cohort and per chapter, whether or not we like them.
- We never publish projections as results.
- An independent evaluator reviews our data annually. Target: a university partner by year two, a randomized evaluation by year four.
- Girls' data is never sold, shared, or used for marketing without written consent.
The dashboard
What you will see here, cohort by cohort. Targets. First results after Cohort 1.
Our first cohort has not graduated yet. Until it does, these are the targets we will be judged against. They will be replaced with real numbers, not adjusted to fit them.
